Please read this agreement carefully before using our website(s) and services. They represent the terms and conditions ("Terms") for using EMSD website(s) and for placing orders for items from EMSD.

By ordering goods from EMSD you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.

You should print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

Please read them carefully as they contain important information. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update and/or revise these Terms. Please check periodically for changes.

Using our website indicates that you accept the Terms. If you do not agree to these, then please do not use our website. You are permitted to use our website solely on the basis of these Terms. EMSD may change, suspend or discontinue the services at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content. EMSD may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the services without notice or liability.

We supply football clubs, universities, local authorities, HM forces and businesses with our products these customers are all counted as business customers, these conditions of sale below also apply to all of our multiple purchase customers ordering more than five of the same items. Trade Discounts are given to our business customers ordering 5 or more of the same items as shown on the ordering page.

Garment Care

All of the garments we sell are made using high quality materials under strict quality control conditions. It should be noted that most fabrics discolour due to staining by substances such as mud and grass which may not be entirely removed by washing.
We recommend removing as much mud from the garment as possible before soaking/washing Follow detergent manufacturers' instructions particularly with powders/liquids designed for heavy stains. Avoid products containing chlorine bleach that may damage fabrics, trims and decoratives.
Soaking garments in water and detergent as soon as possible can reduce discolouration. Use at least an equal amount of water by volume to that of the garments being soaked/washed. Make sure all parts are fully immersed. Pale kits such as White, Yellow, Sky and Tangerine may require more attention and the use of Prewash Soakers will assist in the removal of stains.
Do not overfill the washing machine with garments since if the ratio of water to garments is too small, dirt can easily be re-deposited. This can stain all the garments grey.
We do not recommend fabric conditioners on jerseys and shorts which may cause a build up of film on fibres. This can prevent the washing process from penetrating filaments and dislodging dirt. However, socks will benefit from fabric conditioners and softeners.
We or the manufacturer will not accept liability for discolouration or damage to garments which is attributable to staining caused by elements foreign to the materials used in manufacture.

Customer Samples
If you are not sure about your sizing please order samples, All samples are fully refundable (except for postage and packing charges , all samples are subject to a £15 handling fee)

All samples are subject to the terms below.

1. Samples must be returned within 10 days.
2. Samples must be returned in their original condition.
3. Samples must be returned with all tags and packaging complete.
4. Samples must be returned in a re-saleable condition.


Ownership of rights and restrictions on use of our website(s)
All rights, including copyright, in our website(s) are owned by or licensed to EMSD. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on our website(s) for any purpose. Any use of our website(s) or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of EMSD.

Accuracy of content

EMSD has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery, all images are for illustation purposes only. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EMSD disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. EMSD shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

A contract is formed between EMSD and you when we despatch the goods you have ordered. Exceptions apply to made to order or customised or personalised items, orders for which cannot be cancelled once you have received email confirmation that your order has been accepted. Priniting - We only print standard numbers on kits, please note we do not print No13 on kits unless requested.

Delivery Timescales
Delivery Timescales - Most Branded kits and equipment are ordered direct from the manufacturer and usually despatched in approximatley 10 working days (not including weekends) on a next day basis, however please allow upto 28 days for delivery (not including weekends). Printing on garments will delay your order despatch by 48 hours, Orders will only be processed on receipt of payment, Delays may be unavoidable at times due to circumstances beyond our control.

Deliveries will be made weekdays from 8am - 6pm, Please ensure that you are able to sign for the delivery during these times.

Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered, the service you select and the delivery address. For full details of our delivery charges please refer to the relevant section on our website. In the UK, delivery charge refunds can only be made in accordance with your legal rights under the Distance Selling Regulations and other legislation. Similar rights may apply for some international deliveries.

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available by contacting you by email, phone or post

No artwork will be returned unless requested. The image remains the copyright of the customer and the embroidery design remains the property of EMSD. All designs are stored for an indefinite period Free of Charge.

Ordering errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on 'place order' (or its equivalent) on the final page of our ordering process.

Damaged / Incorrect Sizes & Shortages
We are an internet based company and all orders should be sent or confirmed by e-mail or fax to ensure that Brand/Style/Colour/Size & Printing are correct, any orders that are placed by telephone and not confirmed as above will be entirely at the customers own risk. We endeavour to complete all orders to customer's specification but are unable to take responsibility for non-confirmed incorrect orders. Personalised items are Non-returnable.

The staff of EMSD will never recommend to the customer the sizes for garments purchased, this is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and they do so at their own risk.

EMSD rely on the customer to order the correct sizes & quantities and confirm in writing, if we supply the specified size/quantity correctly then EMSD will not accept any costs involved in exchanging the product.

Some manufacturers state recommended ages/sizes. You will appreciate that all children are not the same size. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and they do so at their own risk.
EMSD should be informed of and shortages/errors in any Deliveries within 48hrs of receipt of the order.

Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product ordered.

Occasionally, the manufacture and supply of your products may be delayed. This can be for various reasons such as material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed.

Events outside our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of any of our obligations to you that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (a 'Force Majeure Event'). A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes (without limitation) the following:

In the event of a Force Majeure Event, our performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations to you may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;

Law, jurisdiction and language
This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.

Additional Terms & Conditions for Made to Order Items, Customised Items or Personalised Items
Cancellations, amendments & returns

As your items are made, customised or personalised specifically for you, once payment is taken no changes to the order or any cancellation may be made, except in accordance with your legal rights.

By submitting any content to EMSD, you represent and warrant that:

For any content that you submit, you grant EMSD a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you.

All content that you submit may be used at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change, condense or delete any content on our web.

Business to Business Returns and Cancellations
We supply football clubs, universities, local authorities, HM forces and businesses with our products these customers are all counted as business customers, these conditions of sale also apply to all of our multiple purchase customers ordering more than five of the same item.

We are a uk retailer and as such have to charge £15.00 for returned goods to cover our administration charges on all items that are agreed by us for return. No personalised goods will be accepted for return.

EMSD rely on the customer to order the correct size and quantity and confirm this in writing. If we supply the specified size/quantity correctly, EMSD will not accept any costs involved in exchanging the product. All costs, including a restocking charge, incurred against incorrectly ordered goods would be the responsibility of the customer. EMSD should be notified within 48 hours of receipt of order of any shortages or errors with an order.

If you are unsure about you sizes please order samples these can be returned under distance selling regulations

We cannot be held responsible for items where an attempted delivery has been made, if the courier returns the parcel to ourselves because no signature could be obtained. We will need to re-charge carriage costs to re-send. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.

If you return the order we will not refund any delivery charge as this part of our service to you has already been completed. You must pay the cost of returning the goods to us.

The company operates a strict “No Returns Policy” on clearance goods.

Consumers Returns and Cancellations
These terms and conditions apply to our non business customers who have ordered less than 5 items of the same garment. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, UK consumers have the legal right to cancel their order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Certain products cannot be returned, particularly items made to order or personalised or customised to your instructions.

You may return any item within 7 days of receipt, Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g., if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. If you return the order we will not refund any delivery charge as this part of our service to you has already been completed. You must pay the cost of returning the goods to us.

Returned items which are not in new or unused condition or which are returned after the 7 day period may not be credited to your account.

Please note we recommend that all returns be sent by 2nd class recorded delivery or by a method that a signature is obtained on receipt.
